REMOVE ALL IMPURITIES FROM THE MIND.
Bhagwan says that on this Bhu Mandal (earth) it is very rare to find a person who remains a Virakt (unattached) and concentrates his mind and gets into profound meditation by practicing Kumbhak Pranayama, thereby removing all obstacles so that he can make his mind CALM.
Not everyone is able to achieve this.
Those who are able to calm the mind by destroying all the inauspicious thoughts will then enjoy the supreme bliss ( PARAMANAND) which can be compared to the joy and satisfaction that a hungry man experiences when he is served with a variety of food.
INDEED it is very rare to find a person in this world who can remove all obstacles in the way of sadhana with the practice of Kumbhak Pranayama, and have control over the mind by meditating on Ishwar.
It is really difficult to find someone who at all times revels in the SELF by removing all VAASANAS.
Such a YOGI is not easy to find in this JAGAT.
(Vaasanas are desires and impressions that are embedded in our mind, from many lifetimes).

ADHYAYA 3, KHAND 9, RICHA 9
BE GRATEFUL TO THE LORD FOR THE LOVELY CREATION.
Gurudev who is the knower of the Supreme Reality tells the Sadhak that the great Lord (Paramatma) knows everyone’s thoughts and is able to see everything.
He is Omniscient and Omnipotent.
Ishwar is the foremost and the GREATEST.
This most intelligent, skillful creator of the Shrishti has produced the most beautiful, divine and pleasing creations which are innumerable.
It is for this reason that before we begin any work we must first thank and pay our obeisance to Him who has created all these glories in the world. We should not be lazy or careless about it!
He has created all the DISHAS (directions) in which all the elements (Bhutas) reside and the entire creation is completely organized in the most efficient manner.
Not only has He created everything on the Earth (Bhu Lok) but also in the ANTARIKSH (sky) and DHYU Lok (heaven).
Prakriti is inert and is not able to create anything on its own.
Paramatma has given His power and Sankalp Shakti to Prakriti and created this whole world (VISHWA) and has infused life-force energy in everything.
The otherwise inert elements like VAYU etc. are able to find their nectar like qualities due to the grace of the Lord.
VAYU DEVTA.

PARAMATMA UPHOLDS DHARMA.
Jeeva sings the glories of the Lord and praises His unparalleled creations which are not humanly possible.
He says –Oh Lord of the entire Jagat — Swami Paramatma. You are able to destroy the thoughts that arise every second, in the Chit of Praanis.
You are able to help us conquer the enemy of desires.
It is for this reason that I sing your praises so that you can bless us.
These Stutis that I sing for you are with the same intensity that I sing for the presiding deity of the Rain when I want Him to give us a good rainfall.
Moveable and immoveable both kind of beings sing your STUTIS so that you can shower your grace.
I too sing your Stutis.
Hey! Bhagwan , How can a Shudra Jeeva ( a lowly being ) like myself sing your praises and speak about all your qualities?
You are equipped with Vajra and other armors required to combat the enemy. You are a proficient ruler.
You burn the enemies and throw them away. You devour them and push them into a trough forever.
You are the upholder of Dharma and also its caretaker.
You give the fruit of karmas. You are the KARMA PHAL DAATA.
You reside in the form of Shri Krishna and partake of butter that gives strength.
You destroy your opponents.
You reside in the hearts of good people as the effulgent light.
You destroy the ignorance and replace it with the SAMADHI PRAGNYA called RITAMBHARA.
YOU help us realize our TRUE SELF (Brahm Sakshaatkaar).

ADHYAYA 3, KHAND 11, RICHA 5
THOSE ENGAGED IN PRAYERS ARE ALWAYS PROTECTED.
Jeeva says—“Hey Indra Roop Paramatma. If any Manav having no VIVEK (the discerning intelligence) attacks our goodness and tries to uproot our
Vivek and Vairagya qualities and tries to overpower us and by doing that he feels proud and arrogant about this victory and for doing this uses weapons
and power to humiliate us then, Oh Lord, your grace will protect us always because we are always engaged in good deeds.
We will attack such people with all our might like a BULL and see to it that they are not able to win over us.

ADHYAYA 3, KHAND 11, RICHA 6
THE LORD ASSURES HIS DEVOTEES.
Bhagwan says—“Oh my beloved Manavs who are worthy of my love, do not be scared at all
Because I am always with you and you can call out for me in the following situations—
When there is a battle and the horses and elephants spread a cloud of dust by their hooves and this dust pervades all the directions in the sky and
spreads gloom and darkness in your life, brave people like you who are adorned with armor, call out to me to protect you.
When there is a conflict, you call out to me for help so that you can win that confrontation.
When soldiers call out to me at the time of war to get my help and be victorious.
When you pray to me during the monsoon season for a good rainfall.
When Devtas are invoked during the Fire Sacrifice and offered ghee, grains and other items
I, the Paramatma the one who is endowed with all Aishwarya is your PROTECTOR and is always there with you.
ADHYAYA 4, KHAND 1, RICHA 2
A DEVOTEE PLEADS FOR THE MERCY OF THE LORD.
Jeeva says- Oh! Paramatma you are my dear friend!
You are actually our Praana Oh! Paramatma.
The presiding deity of our Annamaya Shareer please make our Buddhi called Mahat tattva which resides in our Atma and cave of the heart, go towards you.
This Buddhi is entrapped in the Sansar because of its Sanskaars collected over many life times.
Besides this please make our language that speaks harsh words filled with sweetness.
May we be not be inclined towards anything else or our Buddhi and Speech will go against you.
Please listen to our heartfelt prayers made with a great longing and thirst and eradicate the harsh words from us so that we too can become Dev (illumined).
Meaning of this is that according to the Shrutis, the Devtas do not eat or drink anything. They are merely satisfied by looking at everything.
It is for this reason they never complain about hunger and thirst.
When the Lord grants the status of a Dev to His devotee, then his hunger and thirst vanishes naturally and he never ever complains and
speaks words filled with anguish even if he is in pain.
( ADHYAYA 4, KHAND 1, RICHA 5 )
EXPERIENCING THE NECTAR OF IMMORTALITY.
Bhagwan says that the following people are praised in the world—
- Those who have established themselves in the states of Madhumati, Madhu Prateeka and Vishok in SAMPRAGNYTA SAMADHI according to the description given in Yoga Shastra.
- Those who practice Samadhi, because of which their body radiates with a glow of happiness and joy.
- Those who have special Shraddha and belief in the Sadhana of Samadhi as described in the Yoga Shastras.
- Those who strive to obtain Nir Beej Samadhi and merge their ATMA in MINE (meditation that happens spontaneously is called Nir Beej Samadhi).
- Those who are able to identify themselves completely with Me and are praised by people for this feat.
- Those who are able to enjoy the nectar experienced in Dharm Megh Samadhi. (It is the belief of those practicing Hatha Yoga that in the state of Samadhi the practitioner starves for Amrit (nectar of Immortality) and this thirst is quenched when he reaches the highest state of consciousness.
From the viewpoint of Raj Yoga they are able to experience Vivek Khyati (unwavering, fully mature experiential knowledge which affords no room for doubt). Such knowledge is the ultimate means of bringing all our miseries to an end.
According to the Upanishads and Vedanta they experience BRAHMA SAKSHATKAAR at that time.
(ADHYAYA 4, KHAND 2, RICHA 2.)
SADHANA of MEDITATION.
Bhagwan says—“Oh Manavs who are engrossed in practicing Yoga-Dhyan please be informed that if you want to Realize the Self and have
Ishwar-Darshan then there are only two means to achieve that.
Sampragnyata Samadhi (In this state the cognitive meditation is accompanied by reasoning, discrimination, bliss and also the sense of ‘I AM’).
and Asampragnyata Samadhi
(For the Yogi who has attained Asampragnyata Samadhi, the past and future are blended in the present for him. Everything is ‘now’. Everything is ‘here’.
He has transcended time and space.)
This is possible only with the Sadhana of Vairagya and continuous practice.
These Siddhis are not possible without these Sadhanas.
Actually all do’s and don’ts that facilitate Yoga Sadhana finally merge and find a natural end, into the two Samadhis of Sampragnyata and Asampragnyata.
Have complete conviction in the above and practice Yoga Sadhana.
(ADHYAYA 4, KHAND 2, RICHA 10.)
CHANT OM and practice PRANAYAAM.
Bhagwan says—“Hey Manav! We have given you RIG and SAM.
Rig is the Vaani and Sam is the Praana with which an aspirant can achieve his required goals. Rig and Sam are in the Body Temple of the Manav, which is made up of senses, gross body and vital airs (praanas).
With the Vaani ( speech) one can chant Omkar or the Pranav Jap and with the Praana do Pranayaam regularly so that both of these practices eventually reach the peak and finally the sadhak is able to know my true form and is able to get Paramatma darshan.
SAM VED
ADHYAYA 4, KHAND 3, RICHA 3.
YOGA MARG and BHAKTI MARG.
Bhagwan says—“All my devotees may you get to know my true form by the divine effulgent practices of Yoga. I am the Lord of the creation and also the one who protects it.
May you get to know that your Atman and Paramatma are ONE and not two.
I am dear to all Manavs, just as a guest is dear to them.
I am their Atma.
The Shrutis have mentioned that relatives like wife and son etc. are dear to us because of our identification to our Self—our Atma.
I , the Lord who is loved by one and all and who resides in everyone’s Atma helps the Sadhak desirous of Asampragnyata Yoga Samadhi ( after they have achieved the states of Madhumati, etc and exhausted all their Vaasnas )and becomes their Path Finder ( Marg Darshak ).
I bestow grace on them and show them the path desired by them.
I reveal to them the ancient practices of Yoga Marg and Bhakti Marg so that they can do my Aradhana (worship).
