ADHYAYA 4, KHAND 9, RICHA 9.
SELF REALIZATION IS THE AIM.
Bhagwan says—“Oh Human Beings, you are the only lucky ones who have taken birth in a ‘Yoni ‘that has the ability to perform karmas.
To know me as the Creator and Prerak ( the one who gives inspiration ) of this Jagat you have taken up the ‘Anushthaan’ ( Systematic practice )
of Nishkaam Karma Yoga for the sake of your love for me , so that you get the knowledge of my essential nature—Tattva Gyan.
You make use of the grains and other Dravyas to conduct the Yagnas.
It is the fruit of this endeavor that your inner self (Antah Karan) has become pure and you have been able to remove the AVDIYA (nescience) and have
got ATMA DARSHAN by meditating on the teachings of the Maha Vakya of your Sadguru.
You have accomplished Self Realization so may you enjoy the bliss and achieve Moksha.”

PRAYERS TO GET THE DARSHAN OF THE LORD.
Bhakt tells Bhagwan—“Oh Parmatma! You are the one who removes all our problems and even destroys them. You also fulfill all our desires.
May you endow us and take care of us with all the bounty that is in this world, at all times.
Or—may you give us the ability to have no craving or longing for anything in this Samsara and take us towards you.
Prabhu, You are famous in this Jagat as the Mightiest.
There is nothing that is impossible for you.
Therefore we pray to you with all humility so that you give us your DARSHAN.

ADHYAYA 4, KHAND 10, RICHA 2.
ALL THE AISHWARYAS (glories, grandeur) ARE WITH THE LORD.
Paramatma is ever present in all the six seasons like Vasant etc. without worrying about His own inconvenience or problems only for our sake because He desires our well-being.
He can never be DESTROYED and is well known in this world.
He is well known as Four Faced Brahma or Mahaan as the creator of this world—UTPADAK.
He is everyone’s Atma therefore He is not visible to everyone but the devotees are able to have His SAKSHATKAAR because of their Bhakti.
He is endowed with all AISHWARYAS—
We sing the praises of that Paramatma.
We do His STUTI

PRACTICE OF SADHANA FOR SPIRITUAL ENLIGHTENMENT.
JEEVA tells Bhagwan—“You distribute the joy— the wealth of BRAHMANAND, the wealth of Moksha to those who enjoy the beauty of your Swaroop which is their idea of wealth.
They are those who have practiced Non- Violence and the other five rules of Yam (one of the eight limbs of Yoga Sadhana).
They have also completed the Sadhana Chatushtaya-(the FOUR means of Spiritual enlightenment) which are Vivek, Vairagya, Samadhi Sataka and Mumukshutva.
VIVEK (Discrimination ),
VAIRAGYA (Renunciation),
SAMADHI SATAKA-( Group of 6 spiritual attributes like :
SAMA —peace,
DAMA–restraint,
UPARATI OR cessation of the external organs, eyes etc.which have been restrained by DAMA, from the pursuit of objects inimical to Shraavana.
SAMADHANA––concentration
And last one is —
MUMUKSHUTVA (quest for liberation).
Oh Lord you grant the eternal happiness to such devotees who have accomplished all of the above.
On the other hand those who are Violent and do not follow any discipline do not get any happiness.
The Brahmanand —-the bliss of Self Realization and the wealth of Moksha does not even touch them!!
For people who lead such undisciplined lives and who do not undergo any vows for Sadhana to purify themselves and make themselves worthy of the Bliss of Self-realization,
are surely not able to get the joy of MOKSHA.
It is rare for such a person to get Moksha as this kind of happiness does not even come anywhere near them.
Since Moksha stays away from such people, there is no question for them to even ASPIRE to get MOKSHA.
The Sanskrit word RAYISHINE that come in this mantra can be understood as following —–
Those people who distribute their money for charity and dharma are sure to attain happiness in this world and can also attain Moksha in the other world— in Parlok.
They are sure to get abundance of wealth in this LOK or world.
On the contrary, those who do no charity or anything for the welfare of others can never ever hope to get even the wealth of SAMA and DAMA –
the practices of Spiritual enlightenment. MOKSHA then is impossible for them!!!!

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE COW.
(Swami Bhaskaranandji Maharaj- Nashik)
Jeeva tells Bhagwan –Hey Prabhu!
Your devotees have a speech that is always pure, truthful, embraces the whole world, always tender and pleasant and is for the welfare of others.
All these qualities adorn their speech.
Their words always encourage all humanity and gives them some food for thought!
In other words we can say that these devotees of yours are always engaged in singing the praises of the Lord of this World.
Vishwatma Paramatma who is the soul of the whole world and of all the individual souls.
Their words are like AMRIT the nectar of immortality.
Not only is their tongue engaged in speaking your glories but all their other senses also.
They always remain pure and untainted.
SECOND interpretation of this Richa.
Hey Benevolent Prabhu!
For us to obtain milk ghee etc. Oh Lord you have created the holy COW who is ever pure and nourishes the whole world.
It is because of the cow that this whole world can be sustained and it is for this reason that the wise men say this EARTH – Vasundhara Prithvi –rests on the white VRSIHAB — Bull.
(The earth is called Vasundhara as it possesses abundance of natural wealth).
It is obvious that if we do not get milk, curds, butter etc. then the whole world will be in a disaster!!!
Oh Lord you have also created great scholars who are pure and sinless and worthy of worship and these great men impart the secret knowledge to us which is for our welfare.

MEDITATION AND PRAYERS TO THE LORD.
Jeeva says –Hey Bhagwan!
We constantly try and safe guard the qualities (the great wealth ) of Viveka , Vairagya etc. so that when we are in the state of SAMADHI which is the ultimate state of a
Yogi’s Dhyan where he experiences MADHUMATI and other altered states of consciousness, may there be no hindrances.
We also constantly meditate.
ANOTHER INTERPRETATION
It is with your grace –that we experience the bliss and the joy of Self Realization which is the wealth that helps us when we meditate on your Form.
The commentary of Yoga abhayas (the practices of Yoga Sadhana) very clearly explains the means to inculcate Vivek and the other virtues, which help us to conquer
the obstacles that come in the way of DHYAN.

ADHAYA 4, KHAND 10, RICHA 9.
BHAGWAN HELPS THOSE WHO SINCERELY MEDITATE ON HIS FORM.
Jeeva says –Oh Bhagwan! There are Yogis who regularly are in the state of Samadhi and they worship you and have your darshan as well.
They sing your praises with beautiful Stotras (hymns). You are well known in this world and in other worlds to be ever young, unchangeable and endowed
with all glories who takes care of those who meditate on your form and you also eliminate all the obstacles that come in their path.
You in fact destroy the various stumbling blocks that are on their way to Dhyan and facilitate their meditation.

AKHAND 4, KHAND 10, RICHA 10.
CONSTANT JAP OF OMKAR PLEASES THE LORD.
GURUDEV says –Oh disciples! All of you should constantly be engaged in JAP YOGA and chant OMKAR with complete understanding of its meaning.
With the chanting of Omkar Pranav, the All-pervading, All knowing, Brilliant and the Remover of all obstacles and endowed with all Aishwaryas the great Paramatma is easily pleased.
He accepts the sounds that emanates from Pranav chanting and in fact He Himself is PRANAV. He is really fond of the Jap of OMKAR.

ADHYAYA 4, KHAND 11, RICHA 3.
THE BENEVOLENT PARAMATMA.
PARAMATMA is without any flaws like AGNI and He is also Brilliant and foremost among all Devtas.
Like the SURYA He is visible and worthy of worship and endowed with several glories.
To those devotees who are engaged in YOG SADHANA and those who are worthy of His grace, He surely gives them
His darshan, thereby making them thankful for this mercy showered on them.
For these devotees who have MUKTI as their goal the Lord encourages and nourishes their efforts and removes all the obstacles that
may come on their path to liberation (MUKTI).
SAM VED
ADHYAYA 4, KHAND 11, RICHA 4.
PRAYERS TO THE UNIVERSAL SELF —PARAMATMA.
JEEVA prays to the elixir of his life ——Prabhu Parmatma and says –“NATH- If you come here in your own form and give me your darshan we shall indeed be blessed and grateful.
In each and every body in this whole universe it is you only that resides as their ATMA. Only you can remove all the obstacles that come in the way of your devotees.
It is for this reason that all Jeevas do your STUTI—sing your praises.
